🥋 BJJ Introductory Session
💪 Come and meet us and get introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!
In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll be guided through fundamental BJJ movements and techniques such as chokes, armlocks, basic controls, and takedowns — all explained step by step in a supportive environment.
You’ll also have the opportunity to ask us any questions, learn how classes work, and see if BJJ is the right fit for you.
Whether you're completely new or simply curious, this session is designed to make you feel comfortable and confident on the mats.

Just wear comfortable sports clothing without any zips and bring a positive attitude!
