This workshop is a full day event starting at 10am and ending at 3pm at Station 33 Cafe & Yoga in Hampton NB.
We will gather in the side room off the main cafe and will be able to order from the cafe menu through the day if desired. We will also take a one hour break in our discussions to go upstairs to the yoga studio where I will lead you through various guided meditations clinically proven to help regulate the mind and body of individuals with ADHD.
In this workshop we will learn about the complexities of ADHD, from how it looks different across the ages and genders, to diagnosis and treatment, specific quirks and behavior challenges people with ADHD face, and practical strategies and tools to help assist individuals in their day to day lives.
This workshop will have a unique focus on late diagnosed or late self-discovered ADHD, ADHD in girls and women and also the very fascinating correlation between neurodivergence and spiritually conscious or intuitive individuals.
Cost of the workshop is $85 which will also include all necessary materials and a light snack.

You can sit or lay for the meditation and are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat and pillow.
While ADHD can be a challenge to navigate, it also can be viewed as an incredible superpower.
