We shoot a course called Sporting Clays. We have all stages of shooters, from beginners who hit 2 or 3 out of 32 and some who hit in the high 20’s. We are just a group of people who get together once a month to shoot a poor man’s round of clays.
Sporting clays is 16 different shooting stations placed strategically through a wooded area. Each station has 2 clay pigeon throwers. Each shooter shoots twice at each station.
• This is open to anyone who can legally operate a firearm.
• We have shooters of all skill levels, beginners are welcome.
• We meet at 9am at Bradford Sportsman Farm.
• We break up into groups of 4 – 6 people. (you can bring your own group or join with another group.)
• 16 Stands placed strategically through the woods.
• You can walk or rent a golf cart. (Golf carts seat 4)
• Shoot two times at each stand. (cost is approximately $20 for 32 skeet)
• You will need 32 shotgun shells. (20 or 12 gauge 7 1/2 or 8 oz. shot recommended.)
• If you do not have a shotgun, someone in your group will be willing to let you use theirs.
• Any underage shooters need to be accompanied by an adult.
