Join us as we launch our four-part series that brings together nonprofits and expert guest speakers to spotlight critical topics impacting our communities. This first session will focus on the social and economic conditions affecting children in our area—shedding light on the ongoing challenges and highlighting where we must continue to grow and act, one step at a time.
Our panelists bring a wealth of experience and insight from education, mental health, and nonprofit leadership:
* **Susan Antico** spent much of her career as a school counselor for the Hampton School system. A strong advocate for student well-being, Susan led initiatives in social/emotional learning, bully prevention, trauma-sensitive practices, and mental health awareness—empowering both students and staff.
* **Janine Richards**, LCSW, is the Director of Program Development at Seacoast Youth Services. With a background in public education and a passion for empowering youth and families, Janine brings deep expertise in trauma-informed care, complex family systems, and creating collaborative partnerships between schools and community organizations.
* **Ray Southworth** is the President of Lantern Light Camps and a dedicated nonprofit leader. After a successful career in the private sector, Ray turned his focus to expanding opportunities for underserved youth. Under his leadership, Lantern Light Camps has provided hundreds of children with access to meaningful summer experiences that promote equity and personal growth.
Come be part of this important conversation and help us chart a path toward a stronger, more inclusive future for our youth.
