Inviting Intentionality

A fresh perspective on welcoming 2026, intention setting allows for effort, for us to identify what is within our control and root into our deeper selves to facilitate growth. Join as we make space and time to explore where we are in the present moment and what we choose to cultivate in the coming moments. Event will include light journaling, guided meditation, and reflection.

Hosted by Kat Hickey, MEd Mental Health Counseling with concentrations in trauma and addiction from Cambridge College, B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, and certification in Applied Positive Psychology. Kat has 10 years of experience cultivating joy, harnessing strengths, and partnering in positive change to help people align their lives with their personal values via holistic modalities.
