Great Backyard Birding

The Rotary Nature Park is a great spot within our community for birding, and being that Feb 14th is part of the Great Backyard Bird Counting (National Event) we will walk the trails around the sewage lagoons, Spooner Park, and if it's not to cold up along the trail towards the High School. Keeping a list of the different bird species we see. Bring appropriate clothing for weather, binoculars, if you have the merlin or ebird app on your phone, and come birding. You don't have to be great at identifying birds to participate , we all can learn together.
