Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

Yin Yoga and Sound Bath with Tracy and Becca: Friday August 1st 6:30pm-7:45pm

In this unique offering, brought to you by Tracy and Becca, Yin Yoga poses are paired with the healing frequencies of a live Sound Bath, allowing you to sink deeper into each pose while being gently enveloped by the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. As you hold each pose for several minutes, the sound supports your energetic release and encourages profound relaxation from within. This immersive experience culminates in an extended Savasana, where you'll be completely supported in stillness, allowing the sound to settle through your entire being-leaving you feeling balanced, nurtured, and renewed.

All levels are welcome to this deeply meditative experience designed to ground your body, calm your mind, and awaken your inner peace. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. All other props will be provided.

Cost is $40. Cancellations must be 48 hours before the start of the event for a refund.
