Full Moon Slow Flow to Yin

Have you ever watched the full moon rise red above the ocean?
If you have, I'm sure you'll show up.
If you haven't, I really hope you do show up because~ this is the most incredible, spiritual experience that is different every single time. But also so magic every single time.

First half sweet slow flow -> followed up by deep yin/long & juicy holds. We will have an opportunity to engage the muscles, then release ~ and watch the full moon rise over the ocean together.
*We will be practicing at Surf City Access 39, it's open again! If you can, meet us at Access 18/Pier parking lot to carpool at 7pm, parking is limited at the magic spot!
