Sound Bath, Sound Healing with Ruth Widrig

Certified to teach yoga by Yoga Farm of Ithaca with over 800 hours of experience, with additional certifications in Qigong and Sound Healing, Ruth Widrig's training and life experiences have endowed her with much to share from the healing, health and wisdom points of view!

Ruth offers a safe, judgment-free sacred space where all are welcome.

Sound healing with Ruth monthly on Wednesday mornings at 9 through September.

Wear comfortable clothes, warm if needed. Bring your yoga mat, blanket in the event of cool weather, small pillow and water.

Suggested donation: $20 at the door.
