The Hammond Sportsplex is excited to partner with the Hammond Police Department to offer a free self-defense class. Learn simple self-defense techniques and strategies to disable the threat and escape to safety.

AGES 12 AND UP
CHILDREN 12-17 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
SPACE IS LIMITED. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
