The Gathering: A Circle for Women

The Gathering is a sacred, multi-generational circle where women come together to share wisdom, offer support, and nurture healing. Drawing on connection and community as sources of healing, this experience honors the unique voices of women—young and old—creating a transformative space for growth and renewal.

Each session unfolds organically, guided by the needs of the group, and may include:

🌟Sharing Circles: Time for support and sharing. Be seen and witnessed.

🌟Embodied Practices: Reconnect with your body. Find strength and intuition through gentle movement and grounding exercises.

🌟Sound Healing and Breathwork: Release tension and restore balance with the powerful vibrations of sound and the calming flow of breath.

🌟Wisdom Weaving: Reflect on themes of womanhood, resilience, and healing through collective exchange.

Come as you are—leave feeling supported, empowered, and renewed.

The Gathering is graciously hosted by the Hamlin-Lincoln County Public library and is open to the community.
