Wee Late Summer Retreat

As we move into the late Summer season come and celebrate all that Mother Nature is about to provide us with in the Harvest.

Late Summer is the beautiful ‘in between’ season as we transition between Summer and Autumn. It is the final burst of life before we head into the cooler months ahead. As nature’s energy begins to slow down we too can begin to gather inwards and take a gentler pace in life.

As the schools return and our social calendar lets up a bit, we can ease back into a steady rhythm and routine. After the dizzy heights of Summer, the slowing down of nature helps us to come back down to Earth, now is an ideal time to return to self-care habits that grant us the ability to feel balanced and nourished.

Join Kelly and I for this petite retreat at David Livingstone Birthplace for a mix of yoga, mindfulness and self care that honours the earth element and celebrates nature’s bounty and the turning of the season.
