Take a step towards mindfulness and creativity with Walk + Watercolour, a calming day designed to nourish both body and mind. Set in the serene beauty of Bayfront Park led by Katy, we invite you to unwind with a peaceful walk through nature’s healing waterfront trail.
Following the walk we will have a soothing watercolour painting session led by the beautiful Ashlynn.
As we stroll along the waterfront and through the park’s tranquil spaces, we’ll embrace the calming rhythm of the outdoors—connecting with the present moment and letting go of stress. Then, we’ll harness that calm energy to express ourselves creatively through watercolour, allowing art to become a meditative practice.
Whether you’re seeking relaxation, creative inspiration, or simply a break from the hustle, this day offers a perfect blend of nature, mindfulness, and creativity for your mental well-being.
