Level 1 teaches you how to connect with Reiki energy and channel it through your hands for self-healing and supporting others. You’ll explore the basics of energetic awareness, chakra understanding, and how to bring Reiki into everyday life.

2. How to give Reiki to yourself and others

4. The foundations of energy hygiene and spiritual boundaries

This course is a blend of theory, and experience — with lots of time to practice, reflect, and ask questions in a supportive, open space.
