Reiki level 1 training (Raglan)

One-day course | Includes: your manual, certificate, food and drink and ongoing support.

This is where you begin — with yourself.

Level 1 teaches you how to connect with Reiki energy and channel it through your hands for self-healing and supporting others. You’ll explore the basics of energetic awareness, chakra understanding, and how to bring Reiki into everyday life.

What you’ll learn:

1. The origins and philosophy of Usui Reiki

2. How to give Reiki to yourself and others

3. Working with the chakra system

4. The foundations of energy hygiene and spiritual boundaries

5. How to integrate Reiki into your life in a way that feels natural

This course is a blend of theory, and experience — with lots of time to practice, reflect, and ask questions in a supportive, open space.
