Open Day 2025 - Give Sailing a Go!

OPEN DAY 2025

Come along and join us at HYC to give sailing a try, or to have a chat about Youth & Adult Learn to Sail Courses!
Whether you are new to sailing, want to get back into it, or are interested in different boat class options, we would love to chat to you!

Saturday 20 September 11am – 3pm

Regardless of the weather, we’ll be there, with coffee, tea, milo, snacks and a fundraiser sausage sizzle provided!

Let our coaching team take you out on the water in one of our comfortable & safe multi-person dinghies, chat with & watch our club sailors rig and set their boats in preparation for the summer sailing season.

* Life jackets provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a windbreaker, it can get cold on the water! *
