You now have an opportunity to learn first hand how to build new homes from the ground up. If you have over $1,000,000.00 investment capital, or just want insight on this industry, this experiential learning program is built for you.
You will learn at your own pace and will not be required to perform labour or write any tests/exams.

You will be guided from beginning to end the building process of new-build homes by a project manager of over 45 years experience. Garner first hand experience and skills to ensure that your future project profits will be maximized. Questions are encouraged; you get what you put into your own learning.
You may enroll at any stage of building, but it is encouraged that you enroll by October 2025 for on-site learning in Burlington, ON and/or by March 2026 for on-site learning in Niagara, ON. Enrolling at the beginning of a project will allow you to learn from the very start of the building process known as "breaking ground." This program does not involve obtaining any licensures nor certifications, it is built specifically those who wish to learn how to become a new build developer. You may withdraw from the program at any time.
