Mobility & Mimosas!

It's coming up quick! Take a midweek pause with our evening Mobility & Mimosas class. This one-hour full-body stretch session will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to glide through the rest of your week.

Stretching helps improve flexibility, ease tension, and boost posture — the perfect remedy for winding down on a Tuesday night. And of course, we’ll be sipping on a chilled mimosa to top it all off.
