We’re excited to invite you to a community event raising funds for Mental Health Awareness Week.

🎨 A colouring competition – colouring isn’t just fun, it’s also proven to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Boost creativity and focus
• Encourage mindfulness and relaxation
🎲 Fun games
☕ Hot drinks and nibbles

💚 Please bring a donation if you can.
Support staff are welcome to stay, or can sign in after drop-off.

This is a chance to connect, relax, and support wellbeing in our community. Everyone is welcome!
