Sleep, settling and rest are common topics for parents – and not always because something is “wrong.”
Many parents wonder: What’s normal? What does enough sleep look like? How do feeding and sleep connect? How can we support ourselves through tired seasons?
At this month’s catch-up, we’ll chat openly about infant and toddler sleep, normal night waking, and the realities of rest in early parenting. We’ll share evidence-based information and gentle, practical strategies to support families through disrupted nights, while recognising that sleep changes over time and isn’t always something that needs fixing.
As always, there’ll be a cuppa, casual chat and playtime for the little ones. Bring your sleep or breastfeeding questions – a Breastfeeding Counsellor will be there to help!
