Asana Alignment: Feel the Flow

This active workshop invites you to refine and deepen your understanding of foundational postures commonly practiced in gentle and flow yoga classes. We will focus on alignment, thoughtful adjustments, and accessible modifications that support both stability and fluidity in your practice.

Designed for beginners who want clearer guidance and confidence, as well as intermediate students who are ready to refine their technique and deepen their posture practice.

Two Session Locations to Choose From:
