A/C Restroom onsite, Refrigerator and microwave available if you'd like to pack a lunch.
You may leave your tent and items overnight, however, we will not claim responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
You may sell anything that you like but
Please no firearms!!
Outside spots are 10x10 in the grass $25 per space per day. Stakes are permitted in the grass
Parking will be in the grass within walking distance from the setup area
Please Note: This is a rain or shine event so please dress accordingly
Once payment is submitted your space will be reserved. We will not hold spots without a payment
No refunds are granted once payment is received.
PayPal and Venmo are acceptable payment options
Signs will be posted to draw in potential customers and this event will be shared throughout Facebook as well as on the 127 longest yardsale site. We do not promise the size of the crowd this will bring because we never can tell we can only hope it is successful but we will promote this event to the best of our ability and make it as fun as possible
First Aid Kit will be available. We do not take responsibility for anyone getting injured onsite.
Set up may begin as early as 7am everyday. We just ask that you are mindful of the noise level as there are residents nearby in the apartment building. You may come and go as you please and may stay as late as you like.
Coffee will be freshly brewed every morning.
Doordash is available in this area.
Those who are interested will need to agree to these terms before payment for a space is accepted as this is a binding contract.
