First Tuesday of the Month! Please arrive by 6:45 pm. We will start a brief
meditation about 7pm then continue with singing bowls. We should finish up
around 8pm.
This will be a relaxing and fun evening. If you have never played a sound
bowl or have trouble with them, this is a great chance to join in without
judgement. Try out the different bowls or if you prefer, you may choose a
different instrument such as bells, chimes, rainsticks or drums.
We will all join in a Sacred sound circle where you will be guided through a
relaxation meditation session using sound frequencies and vibrations. You will
then join in with sounds from Crystal and Himalayan Singing bowls, Shamanic
Drums and other healing instruments used to balance, relax and transport your
energy to a higher dimension. You will be amazed how cathartic this activity it!
Feel free to bring your own singing bowl or sound instrument such as bells,
drums, gongs, etc or you may borrow one of ours. Participation is not required
for attending but it is preferred for the best relaxation and meditative
experience.
