Join us on Saturday, August 23rd @5:30pm before The Bills pre-season game against Tampa Bay for another very special Wine & Dine Event featuring four courses with dishes inspired by lobster. This fantastic and interactive wine & food pairing will feature three lobster courses and a dessert course creatively interpreted & plated by our Vineyard Chefs with a fun & casual vibe. This Corks & Claws Dinner includes pre-release wine pairings with each lobster course, limoncello gelato dessert, and digestive drink after dinner of limoncello.
So, join us as we sip & savor the Sunset at Pellicano Vineyard with wine, lobster and community.
Dinner location on Vineyard grounds will be weather dependent.
Vineyard chefs will create beautiful lobster creations using exclusively the sweet and succulent meat of the lobster claw and leg to make this a truly corks & claws event!!. Wine pairings are pre-release and not yet available to the public.
What's Included:
1st Course: Lobster Burrata with Pellicano Vineyard Sparkling White Wine, Santa Barbara, French Methode Champenoise.
2nd Course: Lobster Salsa & Corn Bread with Pellicano Vineyard Seyval Blanc, 2024, Estate Grown.
3rd Course: Lobster Roll & Garlic Butter with 2022 Pellicano Vineyard California Pinot Noir.
4th Course: Limoncello Gelato Flute
Digestive: Limoncello
Note: A selection of sweet wines to include Pellicano Vineyard Sweet Red Wine, Sweet White Wine, and Sweet Riesling may be substituted for the three wine pairings with at least 24 hours' notice.

As a special thank you for sharing this special meal with us, the pre-release wines served during this Wine & Dine will be offered "pre sale to the release" at 30% off of the retail price (off premise bottles). In addition, any guest that purchases a case (12 bottles) of any of the pre-release wines, will receive 2 free tickets to our August 30th Summer party, Summerween! Cases may be mixed cases. Emails will be sent when wines are released & available for pick up.
Rain or shine event. Bills Game will be on all TVs after Pairing.
This is a 21 and over event. Please check in with the event host in the tasting room upon arrival.
