Lee Lester and t h e f e e l g o o d p r o j e c t invite you to a weekend workshop experience that introduces the world of Embodied Empathy - a journey into the heart and soul of what it means to truly connect, to heal, and to inspire change in a world yearning to be felt.
Our retreat takes place in a beautiful, cozy farmhouse—a sanctuary where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll be held in a small, supportive group, where meaningful connections flourish over shared meals of delicious, wholesome food.
We’ll dive into practices that invite you to explore how to come down from your mind, into your body, and from there into connection in a way that expands your capacity to relate and at the same time set clear, healthy boundaries.
As the weekend comes to a close, you’ll leave feeling more grounded in your body, more open in your heart, and deeply connected—to yourself, to others, and to a lasting sense of belonging that you can carry with you into your daily life.

Empathy isn't just a word; it's a superpower. It's the ability to open vulnerably to someone’s experience through the lens of your inner recognition - “I feel you, because I feel it in me”. It's about recognising that we are all interconnected, that our well-being is intertwined, and that by showing up with an open heart, we can be a source of healing for each other.
Y O U R T E A M :
Lee (@embodied.empathy) burns to create spaces for collective healing and transformation through the connecting of nervous systems and the opening of hearts. As an embodiment facilitator and somatic resourcing coach, he leads the Empathy and Awareness team at Pura Vida Festival and facilitates workshops in Berlin and London. Certified in trauma-informed facilitation (The Field, Soma Mystica, Connected Business), he is dedicated to reawakening people to their innate power as empathy activists, and is a passionate advocate of hope.
Laila & Chris (@feelgoodproject.germany) share the vision to create safe f e e l g o o d cocoons in society that foster co-flourishing, creativity and healing through community. They passionately believe in the power of human connection and open their creative home base in the countryside for carefully curated retreat formats in the broader field of personality development. They crossed paths with Lee at Pura Vida Festival 2024 and are excited to host his Embodied Empathy journey at t h e f e e l g o o d p r o j e c t for the first time in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, and introduce it to the community.
