～能登半島地震で輪島から移住した栗農園主松尾さん～
2024年元日に発生した能登半島地震は、松尾さんが18年間営んできた栗農園の作業場に甚大な被害をもたらしました。再建の目処が立たず、他地域への移住を考えていた矢先、栗栽培の経験を評価して声をかけてくれた企業がありました。松尾さんは現在、能登の栗農園の支援と静岡県内での栗栽培指導に経験をいかしています。

被災体験を通じて伝えたい「災害時の備え」「助かったこと」、さらに事業主の立場から見た「被災地の実情」「再建を阻む制度の問題点」など、多岐にわたるテーマについて語ります。
