Islamic Graphic Art Fun for Kids
Join us for an enriching cultural experience at the Islamic Graphic Art Fun for Kids event on May 3rd! Children will discover the beauty and significance of Islamic artistic traditions while creating their own stunning designs in a welcoming, creative environment. This hands-on workshop offers a perfect opportunity for kids to learn about geometric patterns, calligraphy, and other elements that make Islamic art unique, all while enjoying snacks and making new friends. Hosted by the Capital Area New Mainers Project at 20 Union St in Hallowell, this inclusive afternoon promises fun, education, and beautiful take-home creations that celebrate cultural diversity. Don't miss this chance for your children to expand their artistic horizons from 1:00-3:00 PM – everyone is welcome!
