Our Introduction To Wet Felting workshop is designed for anyone who is new to wet felting and is looking to start their felting journey.
Join Angela, here on our alpaca farm in Murrumbateman, to learn the basics of how to wet felt over a resist to create a bowl or pod, in this 5 hour workshop.
The techniques you will learn in this session will form the basis for your wet felting journey. Once you know the basics of wet felting, the fun really begins! By learning how to create seamless shapes your imagination is the limit of what you can create.
During this workshop you will be working with a range of fibres to create 1 bowl or pod.
The workshop cost also includes a complimentary alpaca hand feeding experience! (weather permitting).
Workshop Level: 0 - BASIC (No prior experience required)
Class Requirements: Everything needed for this introductory class is included in the cost and will be provided for you on the day.
Summary of inclusions:
- 3 hours guidance from Angela
- a small group setting (max 10) - plenty of opportunity for questions
- all the fibre you need on the day to complete one bowl or pod
- a hand feeding experience with our alpacas
