By combining targeted strength training with conditioning drills, you'll enhance your muscle awareness, increase endurance, and gain the physical foundation to support your aerial progression.

About your instructor:
Teaching and creativity are where Emma thrives. By day, she's a dedicated primary school teacher; by night (and weekends), she's immersed in the world of aerial and ground acrobatics, a passion she's pursued for several years. Emma finds deep joy in inspiring others, whether in the classroom or the studio, and loves witnessing the growth of both skills and confidence in her students.
She believes that aerial acrobatics is a powerful way to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Emma also performs group acrobatics for Cirque de CBR, where she takes on the dynamic role of being lifted, tossed, and safely returned to the ground with grace and trust.
