Yoga for Wellness & Lupus Research: 2-Month Gentle, Accessible Yoga Course.

As a yoga teacher with over 30 years of living with lupus, I understand how important mindful movement and relaxation are for managing chronic conditions. Yoga, particularly chair and gentle yoga, has been a powerfu tool for me in navigating the ups and downs of living with lupus.

That's why I'm offering a 2-month yoga cours designed specifically to support wellness, reduce stress, and improve flexibility. It wil combine mindful movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that can help ease the physical and emotional toll of chronic illness.
