In deep relaxation, we create a sanctuary where healing can unfold, mending the neglected parts of ourselves and nurturing harmony amid turbulent times. Through gentle yogic practices, self-care, sound healing, nature’s embrace, toning/chanting, creativity, Languid Euphoria Dance, journaling, and sharing circles, we will discover the peace that dwells within—an oasis of serenity in the heart of our being.
