This workshop invites you to experience two powerful practices:
Restorative Yoga uses gentle, supported postures that calm the body, release emotions and signal safety to the nervous system.
Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a guided practice of slowing the mind, soothing the stress response, and awakening the body’s natural pharmacy.
Relaxation isn’t passive, it actively changes our chemistry, telling our nervous system to calm and settle.
Come as you are. No experience needed; just bring your body, an open mind, and a willingness to receive deep rest.
