If you have a bit of time on Fridays why not join me for a bit of lunch and meet other yogis too out of the studio 🙂

Fri 13th June from 12.45pm at the Ivy House (next to the mill)

You could even come down and do some yoga first at my 11.30am class! 🧘🏻‍♀️
