Led by Mahshid, this gentle movement session invites you to connect with your body through expressive, accessible exercises inspired by traditional forms and intuitive motion. Rooted in care and openness, this workshop is for all ages and abilities — come as you are, and move in your own way.

4-5pm Creative Workshop for all

Join artist and cultural producer Mahboobeh for a hands-on creative session blending visual art, poetry, and collage. Together, we’ll explore personal and collective stories through art journaling, intuitive drawing, and mapping. This workshop invites you to reflect, play, and create using colour, image, and words — no experience needed, just your imagination.

5-6pm Singing for all

We will learn an Iranian Kurdish song, accompanied by some of the Music for the Many young musicians. All welcome!

There will also be some food provided by Lebanese House.
