OSHO Dynamic Meditation

We are inviting you for a dynamic meditation session.
If you're in need of an energy blast, stress relief, and a deep connection with yourself, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Dynamic Meditation is a one-hour practice consisting of 5 stages:

1. Chaotic Breathing: Intense, deep, and fast breathing to build up energy.
2. Catharsis: Release everything that needs to be thrown out. Go totally mad!
3. Jumping with the mantra "Hoo": Jump up and down shouting "Hoo" to deeply resonate with your sacral chakra.
4. Silence: Freeze wherever you are, becoming a witness to everything happening within.
5. Celebration: Express yourself through music and dance, carrying your aliveness throughout the day.

Practice fee is $15.

The event is time-sensitive, and it's essential to be present for the Introduction to Meditation and start together from the first stage. Each stage builds upon the previous one, preparing us for a deeper meditative experience.

If you are unable to arrive on time, unfortunately, you won't be able to participate in this session.
