🌿 Mum & Baby Yoga in the Garden 🌿

Thursdays 10:30–11:15am | Starting 10th July

This summer, come and enjoy some gentle movement, fresh air, and connection with your little one 💛

These sessions are all about you – a chance to ease back into movement post-birth in a supportive and relaxed setting. We'll focus on gentle yoga to help rebuild strength, release tension, and support recovery, all while your baby stays close.

Held in my peaceful garden in Queensbury, these classes are a calm and welcoming space to:
✨ Stretch and strengthen
✨ Connect with other mums
✨ Take some time for your wellbeing
✨ Bond with your baby in a mindful way
No yoga experience needed – just come as you are 💕
