This isn’t your average book club. This is a safe, nurturing space for women ready to explore Let Them by Mel Robbins through a therapeutic lens—where personal insight, somatic reflection, and community care meet.

Together, we’ll unpack themes like boundaries, people-pleasing, emotional responsibility, and self-trust in a grounded and heart-centered way. Co-facilitated by therapists Amanda from Cove Coaching & Counselling and Lori Taylor, each session includes discussion, guided prompts, and support for nervous system regulation.
