After an incredible response and a sold-out January session, we’re excited to welcome you back for our February Laughter Yoga Workshop at Good Vibes Wellness Center.
Laughter Yoga is a unique and powerful practice that combines guided laughter exercises, gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation. No jokes, no comedy skills, no yoga experience required — just a willingness to show up and let go.
This workshop is designed to:
