Free Authentic Relating (Circling) Taster Sessions

Are you curious about deeper connection — with yourself and others?

Circling is a relational meditation practice that invites us to slow down, notice what’s happening in the moment, and share our experience in an honest, open way. It's a powerful way to explore authenticity, vulnerability, and presence within a small, supportive group.

During the session we’ll explore a mixture of guided exercises and live, in-the-moment sharing, designed to help us connect more deeply and meet ourselves and each other with curiosity and care.

Practicalities:
— Small group (max 6 people) to support intimacy and depth
— Standalone 2-hour sessions
— Held in various locations around the Upper Calder Valley.

No prior experience needed — just a willingness to be present and explore.

Wednesday 25th June, 6.30 - 8.30pm - Shurcrack Farm, Todmorden
Thursday 3rd July, 6.30 - 8.30pm - SOUL Wellness, Sowerby Bridge
