February Program Meeting-- Momigami

SVC member Maureen Maxwell will speak about the Chinese Lunar New Year—the Year of the Horse—which begins February 17, 2026, offer some self-Reflexology tips, and have a short "Standing Like a Tree" Qigong meditation.

She will also lead us in a short paper making activity called Momigami, which is Japanese for “kneaded paper.” Maureen will bring the supplies, but if you have a particular colorful sheet of paper you’d like to use, bring it to the program.
