Dingle Pop Up Workout - All Proceeds to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

Join me at the Gazeebo lawn while I lead a 90 minute full body workout - including warm up, dynmamic body weight workout, and 30 mins of yoga.

Cost is minimum $25 donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (see link below), or cash/EMT. Only equipment needed is a yoga mat, if you prefer, comfortable and layered clothing, water bottles and your desire to have a good laugh or 2.

This workout is designed for everyone, as all exercises will be scaled. Having said, this should not be your first time working out.
Particiapnts shoule be 12 years and older.
