Join us this yoga and art therapy workshop, where we explore the wisdom of the body and give it expression through guided and intuitive art-making.

This month we’re focusing on the Throat Chakra – the energy centre of authentic expression, clear communication, and truth 🔵

Through a supportive blend of yoga, expressive art, and mindful reflection, you’ll be guided to connect with your voice - both spoken and unspoken - and explore what it means to express yourself freely and honestly. Expect to leave feeling clearer, more empowered, and creatively inspired.
