Connection Circle

What the world needs now is more Connection, group conversation and support, coupled with self-awareness and introspection, to find our ground together, listen to one another, and remember we are not alone.

These circles give you the opportunity to check-in with yourself, explore and reflect, while feeling connected in our relatedness with one another.

Brenda will guide you in meditation, contemplation and conversation. There are many treasures that divinely unfold in these conversations and explorations with threads of connection and soulful wisdom weaving through the group.
