5 Rise Locks Bingley

Leave Godley Bridge at 9:30
Coffee stop at High street Cafe, Queensbury.
Then ride to 5 Rise Lock Cafe for lunch.
Expect a distance of 31 miles ish with about 750 metres of climbing.
We expect to ride at a speed of around 10 mph but no one will be left behind.
We expect to be back while it is still light but just incase there are any issues please remember to have adequate lights.
