Richard Mulhearn: Everything Is Suspended In Movement- Artist Talk

Everything Is Suspended In Movement is an evolution of a new work by artist and academic Richard Mulhearn. A projected photographic installation exploring perception, uncertainty and interpretation.

Presented in the IOU Creation Centre Studio, a series of images seemingly float in a dark space, ever-changing, suspended out of reach. Accompanied by a soundscape, the images shift and move as the connections between them shift and change.

The work comprises 91 projected photographs presented in four sequences, creating a visual space to explore uncertainty in how we see and experience the everyday through photographs.
