On June 28th we will do some tapping around money and financial concerns and wealth mindset.
Are you wondering how doing some EFT can possibly impact your money situation?

We will first discuss how money and wealth affects our emotions, and then discuss the impact this can have on what our financial situation may look like. We will also discuss language and self talk around money and wealth.
Following this I will bring everyone into a gentle grounding meditation and then we will bring the thoughts we've discussed as a group into the EFT tapping session.
EFT tapping is a gentle way to process feelings and emotions through the body. By giving voice to what worries us, tapping on acupressure points around the body, we help to shift out focus and attention in to a clearer focus of how we would prefer to feel.
If you can spend just 10 minutes a day with the process of EFT tapping you can begin to find a state of calm that can bring about great change.
This is what I'll be sharing with those who attend the online group session on Saturday.
Energy exchange is £11 per session or £39 for a month pass.

This session is held weekly online via Zoom. If you would like to attend a physical group session these are held on Thursdays at SOUL Wellness Hub, Sowerby Bridge.
