This 45 minute workout uses Tabata intervals, along with the Aquapole to get a high intensity cardiovascular & strength building experience.

About this Event

Turbo Tabata is a total body strengthening, high intensity class utilizing the Aquapole along with other equipment in a progressive fast paced format.
Requirement:
You must attend a minimum of (1) Turbo Tabata class within the first (2) weeks of the month.

*To purchase a package of classes at a lower rate, register for classes at https://coastalaquaticfitness.com/ using the promo package code. There is no up front cost to purchase a package. We ask that you use your package of classes within 90 days of your 1st class enrollment using the discount code.

Package - 5 Classes @ $22.50 per class. Use promo code "CAF20" at registration. Must be redeemed within 90 days . Please register for each class individually. Eventbrite does not allow us to sell multiple dates at one time.

*Thank you for honoring our 24-hour-notice cancellation policy. Our small classes fill quickly:-) If you are unable to give sufficient notice, you are responsible for the fee of a missed class.

*A class can be rescheduled only if 24-hour notice is given.

* Please sign up before 10pm to attend classes @ the 7am or 7:45am time slots for the next day. If a class has only 1 booking, it could be cancelled. If the class you’ve enrolled in is cancelled, we will contact you to reschedule.
