Emily Laura Twirls Workshop

Beautiful twirls, loops and extensions; everything you need to create mesmerising legs and hypnotising movements. You will learn a sequence of moves on the floor and around the pole, fluidly linking each element with gorgeous leg articulations.

This class will start with a mobility warm up, based on Emily Laura’s expertise as an FRC Specialist, designed to help you access and increase your range of motion.

You will need to be comfortable with basic spins (chair spin, attitude, and fireman) and pirouettes. Heels or barefoot - knee pads highly recommended
