Join us for a nurturing day retreat and reflection as we celebrate the shortest day of the year at Hale Village Hall.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in peaceful activities and serene surroundings.

Reset your mind, body, and spirit as we embrace the winter season together.

Don't miss this opportunity to unwind and recharge during the magical Winter Solstice!

We will start this beautiful day with gentle yoga and breathwork by Vishnu Hinam

Activities include making your magic wand or a wreath (everything provided)

Yoga Nidra meditation by the amazing Samantha Bird

Tarot readings 15-20 minutes reading by Famous Dee Walker (pay her £10)

A walk in the Forest to connect with Gaia

Lunch (all provided)

Finishing off with setting intentions around a fire and a Gong Bath by candlelight

You will need to bring a mat to lie on, a cushion and a blanket. Feel free to bring a camping chair.

Comfy clothes , boots and yourself prepared to be heart centred
