You are warmly welcomed to a creative workshop exploring the beautiful energies of the Spring Equinox with journalling. 🤍
Writing for Wellbeing is a series of workshops designed as a safe space to explore self-care through creative writing. This time, we’re looking at how we can harness the energies of the Spring Equinox and the coming of the new season with writing and time in nature for self-care.
Spring is a natural time for sowing seeds by setting goals and following the rhythm of the year, we will be learning how to taking steps towards manifesting our dreams, hopes and wishes. If you’re looking for ways to support your wellbeing creatively and take some time out, this is the workshop for you. 🌸
We will meet at the benches outside The Great House Barn in Rivington (there is parking around the barn and at the Rivington Hall Barn, too - arriving early is strongly advised as spaces fill up quickly!). We will then enjoy a mindful walk around Lever Park to experience forest bathing and take time to connect to how spring is rising. There will be time to take photographs before heading back to the barn, where we can enjoy hot drinks, decorate our very own journals and settle in for a series of guided writing activities. ✍️

🎟️ Places are £15, including a journal, all writing materials and a gift to take home (drinks can be purchased separately at the barn)
