Writing for Wellbeing is a series of workshops designed as a safe space to explore self-care through creative writing. This time, we’re looking at how we can harness the energies of the Spring Equinox and the coming of the new season with writing and creativity for self-care.
Spring is a natural time for sowing seeds by setting goals and following the rhythm of the year, we will be learning how to taking steps towards manifesting our dreams, hopes and wishes. If you’re looking for ways to support your wellbeing creatively and take some time out, this is the workshop for you. 🌸
This workshop will be held in the beautiful therapy room space at Silver Moon in Hornsea. We will start by decorating our very own journals, then relaxing with herbal tea before settling in for a series of guided writing activities. ✍️

🎟️ Places are £15, including a journal, all writing materials and a gift to take home (herbal tea is included)
